Frans de Vries, Matthijs de Haan and John Erwich join the Advisory Board of OVAL headhunting.
Until 1 January 2017, Frans de Vries was the Managing Director of Qualitair, member of the Randstad Group. Currently, De Vries is working as Operational manager at AELS and Nayak. De Vries on his role in the Advisory Board of OVAL: “For years, I worked on the cutting edge of technology and recruitment, so I know exactly what is going on. When I was asked by the partners of OVAL, I didn’t have to think long. I know OVAL and her honest way of doing business. That really appeals to me.”
Matthijs de Haan has also become member of the Advisory Board of OVAL headhunting. De Haan has held senior management positions within the Aerospace industry, and also worked for a while as headhunter at Heidrick & Struggles. De Haan: “The current market requires a broader approach to recruitment. The OVAL approach is ahead of its time. With a vision that really makes sense. Weighing the ‘personality’ in the selection process is ‘key’ for a successful search. And I love that. That’s why I like to look over OVAL’s shoulder.”
John Erwich, the third member of the Advisory Board, has earned his spurs in the international financial sector, particularly with Mergers & Acquisitions for large investment funds. John sees many opportunities for OVAL: “The people at OVAL have an approach that goes far beyond searching for a vacant position. The human aspect has a great influence on the success of an organization. But this is often underexposed, even at M&A’s. I believe that OVAL is a real growth company with a fundamentally different approach than the Recruitment Standard. And I like to contribute to that.”
Marcel Bekema and Frank Osinga, managing partners of OVAL headhunting, are proud of this occupation. Bekema: “We are delighted with these three heavyweights that have known the business for years. In our first discussions, we have already clearly noticed their added value. Our Advisory Board is a new, next step towards the growth we see with OVAL headhunting. “
